                          photo credit:guardian.ng EDUCATION IN CRISIS     When we know the important of educating a girl child, then we will know how it improves health, livelihoods and contribute to social stability and economic growth. When girls are strong, healthy and educated, they change their communities and transform their societies. But girls’ education has consistently been at risk, and while strides have been made in recent years, insecurity have reverse almost all the gains made toward securing education.      As a result of insecurity and violence, safe access to school is not guaranteed and girls who miss school because of crisis are less likely to return. Insecurity introduces women and girls to a very real fear that their safety and human rights will be the last priority amid the violence. The rising level of insecurity in the country, especially the girl child has taken a toll in the sector with increased cases of kidnapping of school girls has increased the nu
